Sarupathar College successfully organized a Free Anemia and Hemoglobin Test Camp for all students on 12 May 2026. The programme was organised by ICMR in collaboration with NSS, NCC, and the Red Ribbon Club, Sarupathar College. The main objective of the camp was to create health awareness among students and encourage early detection of anemia and related health concerns.
A team of medical professionals and laboratory experts conducted the screening process using modern testing facilities. Students enthusiastically participated in the camp and received valuable advice regarding balanced nutrition, healthy lifestyle habits, and the importance of maintaining proper hemoglobin levels.
The programme reflected the institution’s commitment to the health and well-being of students. With the active support of NSS, NCC, and Red Ribbon Club volunteers, the camp was conducted successfully and benefited a large number of students.
