Sarupathar, Nov 25, 2025: A Fire Safety Cylinder Use Training programme was successfully conducted at Sarupathar College on Tuesday, 25th November, to raise awareness among students and staff about fire prevention and emergency response. The training focused on the proper handling and operation of fire extinguishers, along with practical demonstrations on how to effectively control small fire incidents. Experts explained the different types of fire extinguishers, their uses, and the safety precautions to be followed during emergencies. Participants actively took part in the hands-on session and gained valuable knowledge on quick and safe response techniques. The programme aimed at enhancing preparedness and ensuring a safer campus environment by equipping everyone with essential fire safety skills.
